HOW IT WORKS

You contact me via email detailing your availability and a brief description of what has brought you to seek counselling.

Step One

I will contact you to arrange a 30-minute initial consultation meeting (online or in person).

Step Two

If we both agree that I am the right counsellor for you, we will agree on an initial number of sessions. Once these initial sessions are completed, we will review how things are going and see whether you want to finalise the counselling there, agree another series of sessions, or work on an ongoing basis.

Step Three

  • The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brought you to counselling and help us decide whether I could be the right counsellor for you. It is a space for you to talk freely and ask any questions you may have.

    The 30-minute session can take place online (via Google Meet) or in person.

    Fee: £30 online, £40 in person.

  • Pour yourself a cup of tea and relax into your cosiest spot for 50 minutes of self-exploration.

    Online sessions take place via Google Meet, a platform free and accessible to all.

    Fee per session: £50

  • Give yourself the weekly gift of 50 minutes of counselling with a trained professional.

    I meet with clients in Combrook and Fenny Compton. Both locations provide accessible, private and comfortable spaces. See below for images and further details.

    Fee per session: £60

Therapy Spaces

  • Squirhill - Fenny Compton

    Just 8 miles from Banbury and 10 miles from Leamington Spa, Squirhill provides a beautiful and peaceful therapy space in the charming village of Fenny Compton.

    A space designed for relaxation, Squirhill is a wonderful place for counselling to unfold. Enjoy a warming cup of tea and get comfy in an armchair or choose a beanbag cushion for a more grounding experience.

    Toilet facilities and free, secure parking on site.

  • The Root & Flow Room

    Tucked away in the peaceful village of Combrook, the Root and Flow Room is my therapy space dedicated exclusively to Root and Flow Counselling clients. I have personally designed this space in order to provide a luxurious talking therapy experience.

    Combrook is located between the larger villages of Kineton and Wellesbourne. It is an easy 15-20 minute drive from both Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon. There is a private parking space for clients directly outside the room, making it accessible and confidential.
